Bloc Québécois

Current News
Bloc Québécois holds five percent support; this would give them between 1 and 8 seats if an election were held now. In Quebec the Bloc Québécois holds 19% of support. The rest of Canada they hold 0% support as they do not run out of Quebec. Bloc Québécois is not popular as they have such strong opinions that do not fit with most Quebecor’s, let alone Canadians. This article is against the bloc Quebecois even though it is not the main point in the article; the article is more about the battle between the conservatives and the liberals. The article mainly only covers the stats of the Bloc Québécois this is because they are a lesser party that has gone down much from their prime when they held power in many ridings of Quebec. As many Quebecor’s no longer share the views of the Bloc Québécois they have faded to a small party that is lucky if it gets five seats.
The Bloc Québécois is a dying party because it was a fad when it started that climaxed quickly then began to fall off and within a few years will no longer exist or be so insignificant it is not worth talking about. The parties views are now outdated, as their main purpose is to separate Quebec from Canada and they do not focus as much on new issues. Another problem they have is that people believe that all they care about is separating Quebec so even when they try to take a side on another issue they are not taken very serious. Outside of Quebec many people know nothing about the Bloc Québécois and even those in Quebec as shown for the article do not care much about them.
